  1. Sebelum melakukan penukaran poin Rewards dengan mileage, Pemegang Kartu HSBC harus melakukan pendaftaran terlebih dahulu kepada HSBC dan harus telah memiliki kartu keanggotaan dari masing-masing mileage yang berpartisipasi.
  2. Perubahan nomor keanggotaan harus diinformasikan dan di daftarkan kembali ke HSBC.
  3. Ketidaksamaan atau kesalahan informasi mengenai nomor atau nama kartu anggota Program Mileage yang diberikan oleh PemegangKartu HSBC kepada HSBC dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan atau pembatalan proses pendaftaran atau penukaran poin Rewards.
  4. Minimum penukaranpoin Rewards masing-masing program mileage adalah 1.000 miles dan berlaku kelipatan.
